AC Pavement Solutions is a paving and sealcoating company serving Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English.
What we collect
The only place this website collects personal information is our quote request form. When you fill it out, you may share:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address (optional)
- The service(s) you need and your property type
- Any project details you choose to type in the message box
We ask for these details so we can understand your project, prepare an accurate estimate, and get back to you. If you don't want to use the form, you can simply call or text us instead.
Where your information goes
When you submit the form, it is processed by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which sends your request to our business email inbox. A copy of each submission is also saved to a Google Sheet that we use to keep track of jobs and follow up with customers.
We do not use any other services to route or store your form data — no marketing platforms, no CRMs, no automation tools beyond what's described here.
How we use it
We use the information you give us only to respond to you, prepare and discuss your quote, and carry out the work you hire us for. That's it.
We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We only share it with someone else if we're legally required to.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep our business records — generally up to about three years after your last contact with us — and then we delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tracking. We do not run Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) pixel, or any similar tools, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. Our website is hosted by Vercel, and like most web hosts it keeps basic server logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure. We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to download those fonts.
Your privacy rights
You can ask us to:
- See the information we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information from our records
Residents of Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts have rights like these under their state privacy laws — but honestly, it doesn't matter where you live. If you ask, we'll honor your request. To make one, just call or text us at 774‑477‑0618 and let us know what you'd like. We may need to confirm your identity first so we don't hand your information to the wrong person, and we'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
Security
Our website is served over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS), so information you send through the form is protected in transit. No system is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for adults arranging paving work. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Any changes take effect as soon as they're posted here.
